Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free shipping is available on all orders of $100 or more (before taxes and discounts).

  • For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package until delivery.

Delays & Issues

  • Buena Vibra Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
